ORDER POLICY:

Our site is hosted on an SSL encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

All personal information is kept private and used exclusively to process your order successfully. To ensure discreet shipping and privacy, all packages shipped from Dvrunlimited Inc. will be labeled Dvrunlimited.com on the outside of the shipping package.

Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays!

Payments, Taxes, Fees and Refund:

Customer agrees to pay for all products purchased through Dvrunlimited Inc. and be responsible for the timely payment of any and all outstanding balance. Dvrunlimited Inc. may charge customer’s payment method for any product purchased and for any additional amount (including shipping & handling, tax, late fee, interest charge, etc., as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Customer Account. All payment shall be in U.S. dollars.

Dvrunlimited Inc. offers 30-day money back guarantee. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization from Dvrunlimited Inc. Please coordinate returns by phone before returning any product. Exclusions and Limitations in Limited Warranty apply. Return of non-defective product must be in good and resalable condition, must include all original packaging along with accessories, product literature and other paperwork. 20% Re-stocking fee will apply to returns with missing parts, visible wear and tear, signs of usage, or other cosmetic damages. DVRUNLIMITED INC. reserve the right to refuse incomplete or damaged returns. A refund may be issued as store credit or in the original form of payment. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days. No return for credit will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.

  • Dvrunlimited Inc. does not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

  • Dvrunlimited Inc. does not offer International shipping options at this time.

  • Dvrunlimited Inc. does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if the item is returned for any reason.

  • Dvrunlimited Inc. cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time before shipping.

  • Dvrunlimited Inc. does not deliver the online order to AK / PR / HI at this time. Please contact our sales rep for the order.

  • Dvrunlimited Inc. does not deliver to APO/FPO.

  • All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.

  • No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.

  • Dvrunlimited Inc. does not guarantee same day shipping.

  • Package transition time does not include Saturday and Sunday. For example, Orders shipped on Friday for '3 Day-select' will be delivered on Wednesday (not Monday). UPS company doesn't count Saturday and Sunday as a shipping day.

  • Some items in your order may deliver with one or more separate shipments on a different date. Please visit your order tracking page for more information about your packages.

  • Calculated shipping charge is based on your closest branch location. Shipping charge on online order is only valid for online order.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Request to cancel your order must be made within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged. A cancellation fee will also be charged if your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery.

*Standard Cancellation Policy does not Apply to "Express" Shipping Orders.
Changes or Cancellation must be done by the following business day of placing your order before 10:00 AM PST Changes or cancellation made after 10 AM PST will be charged $30.00 per item.

We will not accept any returns without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. (YOU MUST CONTACT US Before you return items. Please read our Return Policy page.)

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy:

When you contact DVRUNLIMITED INC. for warranty service, you will be asked to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you can send the product back to DVRUNLIMITED INC. Please prepare to furnish your name, company name, address, telephone number, invoice number (proof of purchase and date), item code, serial number and a detailed description of the apparent or alleged defect. The purchaser is responsible for, at their expense, delivering the product(s) to the DVRUNLIMITED INC. Sales office from which they made the purchase.

DOA policy - Free Ground Shipping will be arranged at DVRUNLIMITED INC. expense for all products determined by DVRUNLIMITED INC. Technical Support to be DOA within ten business days after delivery by DVRUNLIMITED INC. If a product is deemed defective more than ten business days after DVRUNLIMITED INC. Delivery or deemed NOT to be DOA, DVRUNLIMITED INC.’ standard product warranty will apply. DOA return label covers only DOA items. No other item may be shipped back with the DOA label or the excess shipping charge plus a $25 handling fee will be posted to the customer’s account. DVRUNLIMITED INC. Reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, DVRUNLIMITED INC. may impose a $50 handling fee.

Note: Before you deliver your product for warranty service it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software, application software and data. Data recovery is not included in the warranty service and DVRUNLIMITED INC. is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit, repair or replacement. DVRUNLIMITED INC. will not install or reinstall any software that is not of the original system configuration.

We accept the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Your Credit Card Charge will appear as Dvrunlimited INC.

We don't accept Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Check. Orders MUST be paid by following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
